摘要
日益严重的水环境污染导致水产品质量安全问题备受关注,其中对人类具有致癌性的多环芳烃(PAHs)已成为人们关注的焦点。从来源、分布、危害和检测技术等方面对水产品中PAHs的研究进展进行了阐述。对提取方法和检测技术的优缺点和局限性进行了重点介绍,为进一步加强水产品质量安全控制提供参考。
        The problem of quality and safety of aquatic products arises more and more attention because of the increasingly serious pollution of water environment. Especially, the central issue is polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAHs) which is carcinogenic to humans. Review the research progress of PAHs about origin, distribution, hazard, pretreatments and detection. The emphasis is introduced the strength and limitation of extraction methods as well as several determination methods. The purpose is to provide a reference for strengthening the quality and safety control of aquatic products.
