探讨丹红通精方对慢性前列腺炎的疗效

摘要
目的总结丹红通精方治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效,评价对患者细胞因子前列腺液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)的影响,以及患者血清VCAM-1的变化。方法收集2016年1月至2018年1月医院确诊的慢性前列腺炎92例患者临床资料,按随机数字表法分为两组各46例,即对照组采用前列舒通胶囊治疗,观察组则采用丹红精通方治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后症候积分、SIgA、VCAM-1以及血清VCAM-1水平的变化。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率(95.65%)明显高于对照组(76.09%)(x~2=5.733,P<0.05);(2)治疗后观察组症状积分明显低于对照组(t=3.522,P<0.05);(3)治疗后观察组各项评分均明显低于对照组(t=3.453、3.468、3.730,P<0.05)。结论采用丹红通精方治疗慢性前列腺确有较好效果,利于提升临床疗效,降低症候积分、前列腺液中SIgA、VCAM-1及血清VCAM-1水平,具有推广价值。
Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of Danhong Tongjing recipe in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and to evaluate the effect of Danhongtong prescription on secreted immunoglobulin A(SIgA), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) in prostatic fluid. And the changes of serum VCAM-1 in patients. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with chronic prostatitis diagnosed in hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were collected and randomly divided into two groups(46 cases in each group). The control group was treated with Qianlie Shutong capsule. The observation group was treated with Danhong recipe, and the clinical effect, symptoms and symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The changes of SIgA, VCAM-1 and serum VCAM-1 levels. Results The total effective rate of treatment group(95.65%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.09%),(x~2=5.733, P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=3.522, P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=3.453, 3.468, 3.730, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of chronic prostate with Danhong Tongjing recipe has good effect, which is beneficial to the improvement of clinical efficacy and decrease. Low symptom score, SIgA, VCAM-1 and serum VCAM-1 levels in prostatic fluid are valuable for promotion.
