加味没竭片治疗子宫内膜异位症气滞血瘀型痛经30例

摘要
目的评价加味没竭片对子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法确诊为子宫内膜异位症的痛经患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用加味没竭片治疗,对照组采用散利痛进行治疗,3个月经周期为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效及痛经改善程度。结果治疗组总有效率96. 67%,对照组70. 00%,两组比较差异具有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。与对照组比较,治疗组在中医证候积分,痛经疗效以及视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)改善方面效果显著优于由于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后两组生存质量均显著性改善(P <0. 01),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P <0. 01)。治疗后治疗组CA125水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论与散利痛比较,加味没竭片改善子宫内膜异位症痛经效果更为显著,且还可改善患者中医证候,降低血清CA125水平,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Mojie Tablet on dysmenorrhea with endometriosis.Method Sixty patients with dysmenorrhea diagnosed as endometriosis were random Ly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Mojie Tablet,while the control group was treated with saridon,with a 3-month menstrual cycle as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy and dysmenorrhea improvement of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 70. 00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups( P< 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the effect of the treatment group was significantly better in TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea effect and visual analogue pain( VAS) improvement than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).After treatment,the quality of life of both groups was significantly improved( P < 0. 01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 01). After treatment,the level of CA125 in the treatment group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with saridon,Jiawei Mojie Tablet can improve the dysmenorrhea of endometriosis more significantly,improve the TCM syndromes of patients,reduce the level of serum CA125,and improve the quality of life of patients. So,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
