品管圈在提高重型颅脑损伤患者头颅CT检查依从性中的应用

摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在重型颅脑患者头颅CT平扫检查中的作用。方法本次纳入研究的100例患者均来自我院2017年4月～2018年3月,依照品管圈实施时间,将入选患者分为对照组2017月4～9月和观察组2017月10月～2018年3月,比较品管圈活动实施前半年(对照组)和后半年(观察组)两组患者意外事件发生率和图像质量。结果实施品管圈活动后,重型颅脑患者头颅CT平扫检查意外事件发生率由实施前10%下降至实施后2%;图像满意率从92%提高至98%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论把品管圈活动应用在重型颅脑损伤患者CT检查中,能提高患者的依从性,有效地避免各种意外事件的发生,提高了护理安全,同时保证了图像质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in the scan of head CT in patients of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 100 patients selected in the study were from our hospital from April 2017 to March2018. According to the implementation time of quality control circle,the selected patients were allocated to a control group(April 2017 to September 2017) and an observation group(October 2017 to March 2018).Then compared the incidence of accidents and image quality between the two groups in the first half of the year(control group) and the second half(observation group). Results After the implementation of the quality control circle,the incidence of accidental cranial CT scans in severe craniocerebral patients decreased from 10% before implementation to 2% after implementation;The image satisfaction rate increased from 92% to 98%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in CT examination of patients with severe craniocerebral injury can improve patient compliance,effectively avoid various accidents,improve nursing safety,and ensure image quality.
