摘要
目的建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型,观察中药舒糖宝口服液对其血糖、血脂及尿素含量的影响。方法 35只昆明种小鼠给予高糖、高脂饮食4周后腹腔注射链佐霉素(STZ)建立2型糖尿病模型,随机分为模型组11只、舒糖宝组12只、二甲双胍组12只,另取10只正常小鼠为对照组。舒糖宝组、二甲双胍组分别给予舒糖宝口服液和二甲双胍灌服,对照组与模型组给予蒸馏水灌服。观察并记录各组小鼠饮水情况;检测给药前后各组小鼠血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿素(Urea)含量。结果给药后,舒糖宝组、二甲双胍组小鼠每天饮水量少于对照组、模型组(P<0.01);舒糖宝组、二甲双胍组小鼠血糖、TG含量低于模型组(P<0.01);降糖率分别达42.50%和35.09%。结论舒糖宝口服液能有效降低2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、三酰甘油及饮水量。
        Objective To establish a mouse model of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine of Shutangbao Oral Liquid on the model′s blood glucose level,blood lipid level and urea content.Methods Thirty-five Kunming mice were fed high-glucose and high-fat diet for four weeks,and then were injected with streptozotocin(STZ) by intraperitoneal approach to establish the mouse model of type 2 diabetes mellitus.The 35 mice were divided into three group randomly,model group,Shutangbao group and metformin group.Another 10 normal mice as control group.Shutangbao group was treated with Shutangbao Oral Liquid and metformin group with metformin by gavage,normal group and model group were treated with distilled water by gavage.The volumes of drinking water of the mice in each group were observed and recorded,and their blood glucose levels,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and urea content were detected before and after administration.Results The volumes of drinking water per day of the mice in Shutangbao group,and metformin group were less than those of control group,and model group after administration(P<0.01);And the blood glucose levels and TG content of the mice in Shutangbao group,and metformin group were lower than those of model group(P<0.01);Hypoglycemic rates were 42.50% and 35.09%,respectively.Conclusion Shutangbao Oral Liquid can significantly lower the blood glucose level,TG content and the volume of drinking water of mouse with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
