β-catenin与Fascin-1在结肠癌中的表达及与肿瘤病情的相关性

摘要
目的探讨结肠癌组织中的β连环蛋白(β-catenin)、Fascin-1蛋白表达变化及临床意义。方法回顾性选取2015年1月至2017年6月遂宁市中心医院收集的术后结肠癌组织标本(癌组织) 60例、30例结肠癌癌旁组织(距离病灶边缘5 cm以内的正常结肠组织,对照组)。采用免疫组化染色检测β-catenin与Fascin-1蛋白的表达,并分析二者的相关性及其临床意义。结果癌组织的Fascin-1蛋白、β-catenin蛋白阳性表达率分别为51. 67%、78. 33%均高于对照组的10. 00%、16. 67%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);癌组织的Fascin-1蛋白与β-catenin蛋白阳性表达呈正相关关系(r=0. 382,P <0. 05);癌组织的Fascin-1蛋白阳性表达与TNM分期、发生淋巴结转移有关(P <0. 05);癌组织的Fascin-1蛋白阳性表达与TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度、侵及浆膜、发生淋巴结转移有关(P <0. 05)。结论β-catenin与Fascin-1蛋白在结肠癌组织中高表达,二者呈正相关表达,并且与肿瘤TNM分期及发生淋巴结转移有关。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression and relationship of β-catenin and fascin-1 protein in colon cancer tissues,and the relationship with tumor development. Methods 60 cases of colon cancer tissues and 30 cases of colon cancer adjacent tissues( normal colon tissue within 5 cm from the edge of the lesion,control group) were collected in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 and underwent immunohistochemical staining. The expression of β-catenin and fascin-1 protein was detected,and their correlation and clinical significance were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of fascin-1 protein and β-catenin protein in cancer tissues were 51. 67% and78. 33%,higher than in control group( 10. 00% and 16. 67%)( P < 0. 05). Positive correlation existed between fascin-1 and β-catenin protein expression( r = 0. 382,P < 0. 05). Fascin-1 expression in cancer tissue was related to TNM stages,tumor differentiation,serosa invasion and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05). Conclusion β-catenin and fascin-1 proteins are highly expressed in colon cancer tissues,and they are positively correlated with each other,and have close relationship with tumor development.
