摘要

刨花板翘曲变形是困扰着刨花板生产企业的难题。本文从刨花板的结构、生产工艺、贮存方式等多方面对其翘曲变形的原因进行分析,在总结实践经验的基础上,提出了防治或者减小刨花板翘曲变形的具体措施,供刨花板生产企业参考。
        The warping distortion of particleboard was a very complex and multi-factor process. The article from the board structure, production process and storage conditions of the particleboard warping factors were discussed. On the basis of summing up the practical experience, the concrete measures to prevent or reduce the warping distortion of particleboard were put forward, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for related research.
