摘要
为研究剪力键节点域对钢空腹夹层板静力特征的影响,建立考虑节点域影响的钢空腹夹层板有限元模型并进行参数化对比分析,得出钢空腹夹层板的挠度和上下肋内力的变化情况。研究结果表明,剪力键节点域的影响会增大钢空腹夹层板的挠度,减小上下肋的轴力;节点域加劲板的宽度以及剪力键的宽厚比、高宽比等因素对钢空腹夹层板的挠度和上下肋的内力的影响明显;设置加劲板能改善节点域应力分布不均等情况,增大剪力键节点域整体刚度,提高钢空腹夹层板的力学性能。
In order to understand the influence of shear connector joints on steel open-web sandwich plates,a parametric comparative analysis on steel open-web sandwich plate is carried out by using the finite element method. The results show that the shear connector joints increase the deflection of the plates and reduce the axial force of lower and upper ribbed slab. Some factors such as width,flakiness ratio and aspect ratio of the shear connector joints seriously affect the deflection and axial force of lower and upper ribbed slab in the plates. But the stiffened plate can improve the unequal stress distribution in the joints, increase the overall stiffness of the joints, and improve the mechanical properties of the steel open-web sandwich plates.
