白灰毛豆和新银合欢水提液对新银合欢化感作用研究

摘要
分别配制4种不同浓度的白灰毛豆、新银合欢的鲜茎叶和凋落叶的水提液,测定其对新银合欢种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,探究他们对新银合欢的化感作用,为优势种群的形成、群落的演替、植被的恢复等研究提供依据.结果表明,白灰毛豆、新银合欢的鲜茎叶和凋落叶的水提夜对新银合欢均有明显的化感作用.对种子萌发总体表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制.新银合欢水提液对自身幼苗须根数、根长有抑制作用,对苗高、鲜重则表现出促进作用.新银合欢的化感作用可能是群落演替中白灰毛豆被新银合欢快速替代的原因之一.
        Four different concentrations of water extracts from fresh stems and leaves of Tephrosia Candida and Leucaena leucocephala cv. Salvador were prepared to determine their effects on seed germination and seedling growth of Leucaena leucocephala,and to explore their allelopathic effects on Leucaena leucocephala,so as to provide basis for the formation of dominant populations,community succession and vegetation restoration. The results showed that the extracts of fresh stems and leaves and litters of Tephrosia Candida and Leucaena leucocephala exert significant allelopathic effects on Leucaena leucocephala. The overall performance of seed germination is promoted by the low concentration of the extracts,while inhibited by the high concentration. The water extract of Leucaena leucocephala inhibited the number of fibrous roots and root length of its own seedlings,but promoted the seedling height and fresh weight. Allelopathy of Leucaena leucocephala may be one of the reasons why Tephrosia Candida was replaced by Leucaena leucocephala cv. Salvador.
