银翘散合犀角地黄汤联合匹多莫德治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎并发肾损伤临床研究

摘要
目的探讨银翘散合犀角地黄汤联合匹多莫德治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎并发肾损伤的疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法随机选取医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的过敏性紫癜性肾炎并发肾损伤患者60例,依据治疗方法不同分为两组,各30例。对照组患者予以银翘散联合犀角地黄汤治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用匹多莫德片。结果治疗后,试验组血清C反应蛋白、D-二聚体、白细胞介素8水平较对照组低(P <0. 05); CD_4~+,CD_8~+水平优于对照组(P <0. 05),尿微量白蛋白、β_2-微球蛋白、24 h蛋白尿水平较对照组低(P <0. 05)。结论银翘散合犀角地黄汤联合匹多莫德治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎并发肾损伤疗效确切,可有效降低患者炎性因子水平,改善免疫功能,减轻肾损伤。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yinqiao Powder and Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with pidotimod in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis( HSPN) complicated with renal injury and its influence on immune function. Methods Totally60 patients with HSPN complicated with renal injury admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Yinqiao Powder combined with Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Pidotimod Tablets on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment, the levels of serum C-reactive protein, D-dimer and interleukin-8 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05), the levels of CD_4~+and CD_8~+in the experimental group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),the levels of urinary albumin,β_2-microglobulin and 24 h proteinuria in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yinqiao Powder and Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined with pidotimod is effective in the treatment of HSPN complicated with renal injury, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve immune function,and reduce renal injury.
