摘要
水下切粒机前罗拉轴封一般采用迷宫密封形式,而国产水下切粒机前罗拉在加工制造精度上还达不到国外先进加工水平,经常出现迷宫密封失效现象,进而导致水下切粒机发生轴承进水、润滑脂流失以及轴承锈蚀卡死等问题,对产品质量造成很大影响。对切粒机进行综合分析,通过改造切粒机前罗拉轴封,达到延长轴承使用寿命、减少切粒机故障停开机次数、降低维护维修成本以及提高产品质量的目的。
        The front roller seal of the underwater pelletizer generally adopts the labyrinth seal form, while the front roller of the domestic underwater pelletizer does not reach the advanced processing level in foreign countries, and the labyrinth seal failure phenomenon often occurs, which leads to the underwater pelletizer. Problems such as bearing water ingress, grease loss,and bearing corrosion and seizure have a great impact on product quality. Comprehensive analysis of the pelletizer, through the transformation of the front roller seal of the pelletizer, to achieve the purpose of extending bearing life, reducing the number of times the pelletizer fails to start, reducing maintenance and repair costs,and improving product quality.
