摘要

从央视《大国工匠》的人物样本进行分析,剖析新时代工匠精神专业精神、职业态度和人文素养的3个内涵维度,阐述工匠精神培育的当代价值意蕴,从树立新时代理念,跨越传统思维藩篱、融入新时代内容,熟谙工匠精神培育教育之道和强化顶层设计,铸造新时代工匠精神培育动力机制对新时代工匠精神培育的路径进行分析。
        By character analysis of CCTV Program "Great Country Craftsman" we analyze the new times spirit of professional spirit, professional attitude and humanities connotation of the three dimensions. Craftsman spirit fosters the contemporary value of significance, set up the concept of a new era, across traditional thinking barriers, and blend in the new era of content, spirit of cultivating the way of education and strengthen the top-level design, casting a new era spirit cultivating mechanism to analyze the path of the new times spirit cultivating.
