β-七叶皂甙钠联合小承气汤加桃红四物汤治疗中老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨β-七叶皂甙钠联合小承气汤加桃红四物汤治疗中老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年10月~2016年9月采用β-七叶皂甙钠联合小承气汤加桃红四物汤治疗中老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效。将50例患者以随机抽取的方式分为治疗组25例,对照组25例,观察治疗后生活质量、疼痛症状改善情况,便秘腹胀发生情况的变化,观察β-七叶皂甙钠联合小承气汤加桃红四物汤治疗中老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。结果:β-七叶皂甙钠联合小承气汤加桃红四物汤治疗中老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折具有良好的临床疗效,治疗组显效率高于80.0%,明显优于对照组。结论:临床实践证明β-七叶皂甙钠联合小承气汤加桃红四物汤治疗中老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折具有良好的效果,适用于各医疗基层单位应用。
Objective:to investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium beta seven leaf sodium combined with Xiao Cheng Qi Decoction and Peach red Siwu Decoction in the treatment of middle and old thoracic columbar compression fractures. Methods:a retrospective analysis was conducted in our hospital from October 2010 to September 2016,using beta seven sodium saponin combined with Xiao Chengqi Decoction and Peach red Siwu Decoction in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in the elderly. 50 patients with randomly divided into treatment group of 25 cases,25 cases in the control group were observed before and after treatment to improve the quality of life,alleviate symptoms of pain change,constipation and abdominal distention,to observe the clinical effect of beta seven leaf saponin sodium combined with Xiaochengqi Decoction and Taohongsiwu Decoction for elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression treatment of fracture. Results:it is concluded that our hospital's beta seven sodium saponin combined with Xiao Chengqi Decoction plus peach red Siwu Decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in middle and old age,and the effective rate in the treatment group is higher than 80%,which is better than that in the control group. Conclusion:clinical practice has proved that beta seven saponin sodium combined with Xiao Chengqi Decoction plus peach red Siwu Decoction has good effect in treating thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in middle and old age,and is suitable for all basic medical units.
