摘要
实验组大鳞副泥鳅分别体腔注射5、10、20 g/L和40 g/L豆薯多糖溶液(0.2 m L/尾),对照组注射等体积的0.8%Na Cl溶液,在实验开始后第7、14、21 d和28 d,取样测定5个处理组的红细胞总数(RBC)和白细胞总数(WBC),血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、溶菌酶(LSZ)活性和补体C3含量;并在实验开始后第7 d,从每个处理组中随机采取大鳞副泥鳅15尾,每尾体腔注射1×108 CFU/m L的嗜水气单胞菌悬液0.1 m L,记录接种7 d后各组鱼的累积死亡率,然后计算免疫保护率。结果显示:与对照组相比,注射适量的豆薯多糖能显著增加大鳞副泥鳅的RBC和WBC(P<0.05),显著增强血清ACP、AKP、LSZ活性和补体C3含量(P<0.05);明显增强大鳞副泥鳅对嗜水气单胞菌感染的抵抗力。综合考虑各因素,以体腔注射10 g/L剂量较为适宜。
