摘要
探讨灵芝咖啡对小鼠免疫功能的影响。分别以1.75、3.50、10.5 g/kg bw剂量和蒸馏水经口给予小鼠连续30 d后,测定小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数,进行脾淋巴细胞转化实验、迟发型变态反应实验、抗体生成细胞检测、小鼠碳廓清能力检测、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力实验及自然杀伤细胞(Natural killer cell,NK)活性检测。结果表明,10.5 g/kg bw剂量组能明显增强刀豆蛋白A(Concanavalin A,Con A)诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增值能力、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成能力、碳廓清能力及NK细胞活性,并能升高小鼠血清溶血素水平。结论证明灵芝咖啡具有增强免疫力作用。
        The effects of Ganoderma lucidum coffee on immunologic function in mice were studied in this paper. ICR mice were lavaged continuously at the doses of 1.75, 3.50, 10.5 g/kg bw and distilled water for 30 days, and then the following experiments were conducted: lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by concanavalin(Con A), spleen/body and thymus/body weight ratio, delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH), antibody forming spleen cells(AFPC), activities of antibodies(hemolysin) against sheep red blood ceils, carbon clearance ability, mononuclear phagocyte functionality and NK cell activity. The results showed that compared with control group, Ganoderma lucidum coffee, at the dose of 10.5 g/kg bw, could significantly enhance the function of lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by Con A, DTH, the productive ability of antibody forming cells, carbon learance ability, NK cell activity and the serum hemolysin level. It proved that Ganoderma lucidum coffee could enhance the immunologic function in mice.
