论当代大学生艰苦奋斗精神的培育

摘要
国以艰苦奋斗而强,人以艰苦奋斗而立。艰苦奋斗精神在新时期主要表现为勇于斗争英勇顽强的创业精神,奋发图强砥砺前行的进取精神,脚踏实地埋头苦干的奉献精神,勤俭节约艰苦朴素的节俭精神。其具有新的时代价值,是当代大学生成长成才的精神需要,抵制腐朽思想的精神武器,培养高尚品德的精神源泉,磨砺坚忍意志的精神支柱。培养大学生艰苦奋斗精神,应充分发挥高校思政理论课的引导作用,打造良好校园文化和校外社会实践平台,构建家庭、学校、社会三位一体的劳动教育体系,反对四种错误倾向,用科学的方法进行艰苦奋斗精神教育。
The spirit of arduous struggle is the realistic need for contemporary college students to become a qualified person. In the new period,the spirit of arduous struggle is mainly manifested by the brave and indomitable entrepreneurship to fight fearlessly,the enterprising spirit to make efforts to go forward against difficulties,the dedication to the down-to-earth hard working,the thrifty spirit of diligence and simple life,which have a new value in the contemporary time. The contemporary college students need them for their growing-up,it is a spiritual weapon for them to resist decadent ideas,it is a spiritual source for cultivating their noble morality,it is a spiritual support of sharpening their perseverance. To cultivate the contemporary college students' spirit of arduous struggle,we should give full play to the guiding role of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,to create a good campus cultural atmosphere and a social practice platform. We should build a three-in-one labor and education system among families,schools and society. We should fight against the four wrong tendencies and carry out the education of the spirit of arduous struggle with scientific methods.
