摘要
以天目琼花(Viburnum sargentii Koehne)幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法设置4个水分梯度,分别为田间最大持水量的95%(对照)、75%(轻度缺水)、55%(中度缺水)和35%(重度缺水),研究不同水分条件下天目琼花的耗水规律。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低,天目琼花的株高、单株叶面积、单株总鲜重和单株总干重显著减少。不同水分条件下天目琼花耗水量依次为水分充足>轻度缺水>中度缺水>重度缺水,说明土壤含水量是决定植物耗水的主要因素。在不同水分条件下,白天耗水量占昼夜总耗水量的70%以上,说明主要耗水来自于白天。在水分充足、轻度缺水和中度缺水条件下天目琼花日均耗水量与温度和光照强度显著正相关,与相对湿度显著负相关,随着土壤含水量的降低,天目琼花耗水量与环境因子的相关性逐渐下降。在不同土壤水分条件下耗水和温度相关程度远大于光照强度和相对湿度,说明温度是影响耗水的主要气象因素。
        As Viburnum sargentii Koehneseedlings as test materials,using pot set four water moisture gradient,respectively is 95% of water holding capacity of the largest field(control), 75%(mild water shortage), 55%(moderate water shortage) and 35%(severe water shortage),research the water consumption law of Viburnum sargentii Koehne under different water conditions.The results showed that :with the decrease of soil moisture content,the Viburnum sargentii Koehne height,leaf area,total fresh weight and total dry weight were significantly decreased.Under different water conditions, the water consumption of Viburnum sargentii Koehne was control >mild water shortage >moderate water shortage >severe water shortage, indicating that soil water content was the main factor determining the water consumption of plants.Under different water conditions, the daytime water consumption accounts for more than 70% of the total water consumption day and night,indicating that the main water consumption comes from the daytime.Under the conditions of control, mild water shortage and moderate water shortage,the average daily water consumption of Viburnum sargentii Koehne was positively correlated with temperature and light intensity,and negatively correlated with relative humidity.With the decrease of soil moisture content,the correlation between water consumption and environmental factors decreased gradually.The correlation between water consumption and temperature under different soil moisture conditions is much higher than that between light intensity and relative humidity,indicating that temperature is the main meteorological factor affecting water consumption.
