摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法的翻转实施在临床本科生药理学教学中的应用效果。方法:将2015级临床本科13和14班学生共分成16组,每组收集1~2个完整病例,然后组内及全班学习,最后对药理学知识需求情况和案例教学法翻转实施效果进行问卷调查。结果:2个班共收集到病例24个;通过对病例的学习讨论,大部分学生认为药物的药理作用、临床用途和不良反应等内容是药理学必须掌握的重点内容;大部分学生认为翻转实施案例教学可以提高学生的学习兴趣、增强自主学习能力、增加对药理学知识的理解和记忆、增加对临床治疗过程的了解等,同时还可弥补药理学教材的不足。结论:案例教学法的翻转实施有利于提高学生学习药理学的兴趣及提高医学生的医学素养,可推广应用于药理学教学过程。
Objective:To explore the application effect of flipped class of case study in the teaching of pharmacology. Methods:Students in class 13 and 14 of clinical specialty in 2015 of Baotou medical college were divided into 16 groups, and 1 or 2 complete cases were collected from each group. Finally, questionnaire surveys were conducted on pharmacological knowledge demand and implementation effect of flipped class of case study. Results: 24 cases were collected from 2 classes. Through the study and discussion of cases, most students believed that pharmacological effects, clinical uses and adverse reactions of drugs were the key contents; most of the students also believed that the implementation of flipped class of case study can improve students' learning interest, enhance their independent learning ability, increase their understanding and memory of pharmacology knowledge, and increase their understanding of clinical treatment process, and at the same time, it can make up for the shortcomings of pharmacology textbooks. Conclusion:The implementation of flipped class of case study is conducive to improving students' interest in learning pharmacology and medical quality of students, which can be popularized and applied in the teaching process of pharmacology.
