摘要
黄樟素类化合物主要包括黄樟素、异黄樟素和二氢黄樟素等,研究表明其对老鼠有致肝肿瘤的效果,2005年实施的《易制毒化学品管理条例》中也将黄樟素列为第一类易制毒化学品。由于该类化合物的毒副作用,建立准确、快速、简便的分析检测方法,对于评估食品、化妆品及烟草的安全性有着重要作用。综述了国内外关于黄樟素类化合物分析检测方面的研究进展,介绍了国内现行标准法规,总结出黄樟素类化合物的研究主要集中在香精香料及化妆品方面。鉴于该类化合物可用作天然除虫菊酯农药增效剂,随着除虫菊酯类农药的大量使用,必将造成它在食品特别是茶叶中的残留;黄樟素也曾是很多食品的添加剂,因其对人体毒害较大,已禁止作为食品添加剂使用,显示出食品中黄樟素类化合物的分析检测的必要性。
        Safrole compounds include safrole,isosafrole and dihydrosafrol. Experiments showed that they have liver tumor effect on mice.The implementation of Regulations for Administration of Precursors and Chemicals used in Production of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in 2005 listed safrole as the first class of easy precursor chemical. Because of the toxic and side effects of these compounds,establishing the analysis detection method is accurate,rapid,simple,and playing an important role for the safety assessment of food,cosmetics and tobacco. This paper reviews the domestic and international research on the progress of the detection analysis of safrole compounds,introduces the domestic current standards,summarizes that the research of safrole compounds were mainly concentrated in the flavor fragrance and cosmetics. Safrole compounds can be used as natural pyrethrin pesticide synergist. Along with the extensive use of pyrethroid pesticides,safrole is bound to bring in food especially residues in tea. Safrole was used as food additives,but forbidden for its big toxicity. The necessity for analysis and detection of safrole compounds in food was proposed.
