中药封包热熨疗法联合中频静电对四肢骨折内固定术患者预后的影响观察

摘要
目的:观察中药封包热熨疗法联合中频静电对四肢骨折内固定术患者预后的影响。方法:选择本院收治的四肢骨折内固定术后患者100例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组予以常规治疗+中频静电治疗,治疗组予以常规治疗+中频静电治疗+中药封包热熨治疗,一个疗程为7 d,两组均治疗1个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效,通过标尺法测量两组患者治疗前后的肢体围径,并比较肢体肿胀程度,采用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评估患肢疼痛严重程度,采用功能障碍指数(ODI)评价治疗前后的功能障碍情况。结果:治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组的治疗总有效率为84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,治疗组的肢体围径、肢体肿胀程度小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组的VAS与ODI评分均较治疗前下降,且治疗组的VAS与ODI评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药封包热熨疗法联合中频静电治疗四肢骨折内固定术患者疗效显著,可显著降低患者的疼痛感,改善功能障碍与患肢肿胀情况。
Objective: To observe efficacy of TCM packets ironing therapy plus intermediate frequency electrostatics on prognosis of patients with internal fixation of limbs fracture. Methods: 100 cases after internal fixation of limbs fracture treated in our hospital were selected for the study and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy and intermediate frequency electrostatic therapy; and the treatment group was given conventional therapy,intermediate frequency electrostatic therapy and TCM packets ironing therapy; and the two groups were treated for 1 course of 7 days.Results: There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficiency between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, limb circumference and limb swelling in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VAS and ODI in groups were lower than those before treatment; and the scores of VAS and ODI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM packets and ironing therapy plus intermediate frequency electrostatics shows significant efficacy for treating internal fixation of limbs fracture, and can significantly reduce the pain, and improve the dysfunction and swelling of affected limbs.
