三七健脾益气汤对气阴两虚型慢性免疫性血小板减少症患者T细胞亚群的影响

摘要
目的:探讨并分析三七健脾益气汤对气阴两虚型慢性免疫性血小板减少症(CITP)患者T细胞亚群的影响。方法:将76例气阴两虚型CITP患者采用随机对照的方法分为对照组和治疗组各38例。对照组进行标准激素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予三七健脾益气汤进行联合治疗,治疗后观察并比较对2组患者T细胞亚群的影响。结果:治疗前治疗组与对照组间CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗前,空白对照组CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+与治疗组及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+均改善(P <0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:三七健脾益气汤对气阴两虚型CITP患者T细胞亚群具有调节作用。
Objective: To discuss and analyze the effect of Sanqi Jianpi Yiqi tang on the T cell subsets of patients with chronic immune thrombocytppenia(CITP) of deficiency of qi and yin type. Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with CITP of deficiency of qi and yin type were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the randomized controlled method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given the standard hormone therapy,and the treatment group was additionally given Sanqi Jianpi Yiqi tang for combination treatment based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment,the effect on the T cell subsets of patients in the two groups was observed and compared. Results: Before treatment, compared the CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+between the treatment group and the control group, there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05). Before treatment, when compared the CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+in the blank control group with those in the treatment group and in the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the CD4~+,CD8~+and CD4~+/CD8~+in the treatment group and the control group were improved(P < 0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Sanqi Jianpi Yiqi tang has regulating effect on the T cell subsets of patients with CITP of deficiency of qi and yin type.
