大思政视野下现代学徒制学生工匠精神培育路径研究

摘要
构建"大思政"格局是习近平总书记在高校思想政治工作会议上着重阐述的重要思想,是实现高校思想政治工作科学化的必要环节。本次调查以佛山市现代学徒制学生为主,通过问卷的方法对在大思政视野下现代学徒制学生工匠精神培育的现状、困境及解决措施进行研究发现:大思政视野下现代学徒制学生工匠精神培育出现的种种现状和现实困境;由此可知,在社会大思政学习格局的确定下,高职院校和企业必须同步采取一系列措施,在大思政背景下培育学生的"工匠精神",培养拥有匠心的准工匠人才。
Constructing the pattern of "great thought and politics" is an important thought that general secretary XI jinping emphasized at the ideological and political work conference of colleges and universities,and it is a necessary link to realize the scientificization of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.This survey focuses on modern apprentice students in Foshan.Through the questionnaire,this paper makes a study of the present situation,predicament and solving measures of the cultivation of the artisan spirit of modern apprentice students under the view of Da Si Zheng.It can be seen that under the determination of the pattern of social thinking and government learning,higher vocational colleges and enterprises must simultaneously take a series of measures to cultivate the "craftsman spirit" of students under the background of thinking and politics,and cultivate quasi-craftsman talents with ingenuity.
