“流-散化”:大数据监控技术的社会情境属性及其影响
摘要
大数据监控时代已然到来,但人们依然只是把大数据监控技术当成一种普通的社会管理手段,而忽略了目前高度发展的大数据监控技术已经具备了社会情境的基本属性。全景化的大数据监控技术以有形或无形的方式嵌入社会生活的每一个角落,进而构成了人类生活的基本社会事实,因此它必然具备了一种社会情境属性,并且还进一步改造了原有的社会情境,使得原本稳固、统一的时空结构转换成一个流散(流动-离散)的时空结构,时空中的人、事、物也从特定的情境中离散出来。
