摘要
气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)设备内部缺陷严重威胁电力系统安全运行,数字化X射线成像(DR)检测技术可实现GIS设备内部结构的可视化诊断,为设备故障诊断提供有力的技术支持。本文根据材料透射强度比可表征不同材料X射线吸收率差异特性的原理,采用材料密度和原子序数计算得到材料透射强度比,分析了DR检测技术对GIS设备各种典型缺陷检测的可行性和有效性,试验研究了施加电压对采用DR技术检测GIS内部绝缘缺陷有效性及成像情况的影响。最后对某220 kV GIS设备进行DR检测,验证了DR技术用于检测GIS内部绝缘缺陷及对缺陷进行初步判断有效可行。
        The internal defects of gas insulated switchgear(GIS) equipments seriously threaten the safe and reliable operation of electric power systems. Digital radiography(DR) detection technology can realize visual diagnosis of internal structure of the GIS equipments, and provide strong technical support for equipment fault diagnosis. According to the principle that the X ray absorptivity of different materials can be characterized by transmission intensity ratio of materials, the material density and atomic number were used to calculate the material transmission intensity ratio. Moreover, the feasibility and validity of using the DR detection technology to detect typical defects of GIS equipments were investigated. The effect of applying voltage on the effectiveness of DR detection of internal insulation defects was experimentally studied. Finally, a 220 kV GIS equipment was tested by the DR technology, which proves that it is effective and feasible to use the DR technology to carry out detection and preliminary judgement for internal insulation defects of GIS equipments.
