摘要
在航天航空领域,加载系统等半实物仿真装置通常被用来测试飞行器舵机的性能。本文通过Labview可视化图形编程的方法,以PXIe-6341数据采集卡和PXIe-8840RT控制器等为硬件,搭建了电动力矩加载系统。该系统通过数据采集卡采集相关的数据并进行分析处理,然后通过PID算法对加载系统进行自动调节。最终测试结果表明,电动力矩加载系统能够很好地跟踪力指令,加载精度满足"双十指标"的要求,同时软件具有友好的人机界面、操作简单方便等优点。
In the field of aerospace and aviation,hardware-in-the-loop simulation devices such as loading system are commonly used to test the performance of the aircraft's steering gear.In this paper,Labview visual graphics programming method is used to build the electric torque loading system with PXIe-6341 data acquisition card and PXIe-8840 RT controller and other hardware.The system collects the relevant data through the data acquisition card,which is automatically adjusted by the PID algorithm for the loading system after the analysis and processing.The final test results show that the electric torque loading system can track the force command very well,and the loading accuracy meets the requirements of"Double Ten Indicators".Meanwhile,the software has the advantages of friendly man-machine interface and simple operation.
