基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类的中药成方制剂治疗胸痹用药规律研究

摘要
目的:挖掘中药成方制剂治疗胸痹的潜在用药规律。方法:基于《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准——中药成方制剂》数据库,采用频次分析、关联规则等方法分析中药成方制剂用药规律,并通过复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类分析等方法挖掘中药成方制治疗胸痹的潜在药物组合及处方。结果:对筛选出的142种中药成方制剂进行分析,确定中药成方制剂对应的证候出现频次、单味药以及药物的使用频次和药物之间的关联规则,并挖掘出6个核心组合和3首新方。结论:中药成方制剂治疗胸痹效果显见并有规律可循,辨证用药上多用活血化瘀、行气止痛、开窍醒神、培元固本之品,应用灵活,方证对应,配伍严谨。
Objective:To investigate the occurrence regularity of proprietary Chinese medicine on treating thoracic obstruction.Methods:Based on the database of "The Pharmaceutical Standards of the Ministry of Health of the People′s Republic of China",we explored the rules,the frequency of syndromes and the association rules between the frequency and the use of drugs by adopting the method of frequency analysis,and the complex system entropy,unsupervised clustering entropy methods of hierarchical clustering analysis method.Results:Totally 142 proprietary Chinese medicines were analyzed,the frequency of each syndrome,drug usage and the association rules were conformed,and 6 kinds of core combinations and 3 new prescriptions were found out.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of thoracic obstruction is obvious and there are rules to follow.The syndrome differentiation and medication uses drugs for invigorating the circulation and Qi,opening the orifices and arousing the brain and supporting healthy energy,with flexible application.
