摘要

文章重点聚焦当前高等教育对外交流合作中存在的一些问题,希望通过提出问题,并解决问题,厘清当前高等教育对外交流合作的路径,旨在更好地为"一带一路"倡议服务。
        This paper focuses on some issues existing in the current foreign exchange and cooperation of higher education. It is hoped that through proposing issues and solving them, this paper could clarify the path of foreign exchange and cooperation in higher education so as to better serve the "one belt and one road" initiative.
