摘要
简要介绍了碳纳米管和热塑性聚氨酯的结构与性能,以碳纳米管改性热塑性聚氨酯基纳米复合材料为研究体系,概述了碳纳米管的功能化修饰研究(包括共价键修饰和非共价键修饰),对碳纳米管改性热塑性聚氨酯基复合材料的各种性能(力学性能、导电性能、电阻应变性能、形状记忆性能)研究进展进行了综述。最后对碳纳米管改性热塑性聚氨酯基纳米复合材料发展趋势进行了展望,并指出实现高浓度碳纳米管在热塑性聚氨酯基复合材料中的分散问题将是今后的研究重点。
        The structure and properties of carbon nanotubes and thermoplastic polyurethane were briefly introduced. The thermoplastic polyurethane matrix nanocomposites modified by carbon nanotubes as the research system,the functionalizations of carbon nanotubes(including modification of covalent and non covalent modification) were summarized,and the research progress of various properties(mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,resistance strain performance,performance of shape memory) of thermoplastic polyurethane matrix composites modified by carbon nanotubes were reviewed. Finally,the development trend of thermoplastic polyurethane matrix nanocomposites modified by carbon nanotubes was prospected,and it was pointed out that the dispersion of high concentration carbon nanotubes in thermoplastic polyurethane matrix nanocomposites would be the research focus in the future.
