摘要
[目的]筛选出防治苦瓜枯萎病的有效药剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,测定15种杀菌剂对病菌的毒力,选择活性较好的4个药剂进行田间试验。[结果] 50%氟啶胺悬浮剂、29%吡萘·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、300 g/L苯甲·丙环唑乳油和40%戊唑·噻唑锌悬浮剂毒力较强,EC50值分别为0.0014、0.0321、0.1177、0.1345 mg/L。田间试验表明:29%吡萘·嘧菌酯悬浮剂和300 g/L苯甲·丙环唑乳油对该病害均具有防治效果,防效均在68%以上。[结论] 29%吡萘·嘧菌酯悬浮剂和300 g/L苯甲·丙环唑乳油对苦瓜枯萎病具有较好防效。
[Aims]The paper aims to screen out effective fungicides to control bitter gourd fusarium wilt. [Methods]Mycelial growth rate method was applied to determine the toxicity of the 15 kinds of fungicides on Fusarium pathogen virulence and four kinds of agents among them were selected for further field efficacy trials. [Results]The results showed in laboratory that fluazinam 50% SC, isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29% SC, difenoconazole·propiconazole 300 g/L EC and tebuconazole·zinc thiazole 40% SC showed higher efficacy on bitter gourd fusarium wilt, with EC50 values of 0.0014,0.0321, 0.1177, 0.1345 mg/L, respectively. The results of field trials showed that isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29% SC and difenoconazole·propiconazole 300 g/L EC had better control effect, with a control efficacy of more than 68%.[Conclusions]Isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29% SC and difenoconazole·propiconazole 300 g/L EC were ideal fungicides for inhibiting the mycelium growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. momordicae, which could be used to effectively control bitter gourd fusarium wilt.
