摘要
在以往课堂教学改革基础上,加强教学设计、优化教学内容、拓展教学方法、改进考核评价,对北京工业大学食品质量与安全专业重点建设课程"食品分析"的自主探究式教学进行了有效的探索与实践。力求教学全过程体现探究性,并以点带面促进专业课程群的建设。
On the basis of the previous classroom teaching reform, the author has effectively explored and practiced the independent inquiry teaching of Food Analysis course, which was the key construction course of food quality and safety specialty in Beijing University of Technology, in the aspects of strengthening teaching design, optimizing teaching content,expanding teaching methods and improving assessment and evaluation. We strive to embody the inquiry in the whole process of teaching and to promote the construction of professional course group from point to area.
