摘要
采用盆栽沙培法,以株系‘1-3’‘H-7’‘3-10’为材料,研究了春季(T1)、夏季遮光(T2)和夏季不遮光(T3)、秋季(T4)4个处理对红花幼苗生物学性状及有效成分黄酮和羟基红花黄色素A的影响,以期为红花苗菜研究提供参考依据。结果表明:材料‘1-3’‘H-7’‘3-10’红花幼苗的生物学性状和产量均表现为T4>T1>T2>T3,春秋季处理与夏季处理相比差异显著;‘1-3’‘H-7’红花苗菜中黄酮质量浓度均表现为T1>T4>T3>T2,其T1处理幼苗中黄酮质量浓度分别是T2处理的3.11、3.33倍,是T4处理的1.66、1.78倍;‘3-10’表现为T1>T2>T4>T3,其T1处理是T3处理的3.12倍,是T2处理的1.71倍,是T4处理的1.99倍;‘1-3’‘H-7’‘3-10’红花幼苗羟基红花黄色素A质量浓度均表现为T1>T4>T3>T2,其T1处理幼苗中羟基红花黄色素A是T2处理的1.81~2.26倍,是T3处理的1.52~1.80倍,T4处理幼苗中羟基红花黄色素A是T2处理的1.53~1.78倍,是T3处理的1.29~1.65倍,春季和夏季、秋季处理相比差异显著;红花苗菜最适合在春季生长,而且品质较好,其次是秋季;夏季无论遮光或不遮光条件下,均不适合红花苗菜的生长。
        Using potted and cultivation method,effects on the biological characteristics and flavonoids and HYSA A pigment of safflower seedlings were studied with 4treatments for spring season(T1),summer season shading(T2)and summer season non-shading(T3)and autumn season(T4)by lines‘1-3',‘H-7'and‘3-10'in order to provide reference for fature research.The results showed that the biological characteristics and yield of safflower seedlings expressed T4> T1> T2> T3,and the difference was significant in spring and autumn treatments.The flavone mass contents of‘1-3'‘H-7'safflower were T1>T4>T3>T2,the flavonoids mass content of T1 treatment seedlings was 3.11 times and 3.33 times higher than that of T2 treatment,which was 1.66 times and 1.78 times higher than that of T4,‘3-10'showed that T1>T2>T4>T3,T1 treatment was 3.12 times than that of T3 treatment,1.71 times of T2 treatment,1.99 times of T4 treatment.The mass fraction of HSYA A of‘1-3'‘H-7'and‘3-10'safflower seedlings all showed that T1>T4>T3>T2.The HSYA A of T1 treatment was 1.81-2.26 times higher than that of T2 treatment,which was 1.52-1.80 times higher than that of T3 treatment.That of T4 treatment seedlings was 1.53-1.78 times higher than that of T2 treatment,respectively,which was 1.29-1.65 times higher of that T3 treatment,it was significant difference among spring,summer and autumn treatments,safflower was the most suitable for growth in spring with better quality,followed by autumn,it was not suitable for the growth of safflower seedlings in summer under shading or not shading condition.
