摘要
运用TRIZ理论工具,解决电饭煲中涡轮破泡部件长时间运转后产生噪声的问题。通过对产生噪声的根本原因进行系统分析,发现并识别关键问题,建立关键问题的物场模型,从76个标准解中查找对应的TRIZ解,最后形成概念方案。概念方案得到客户的高度重视,客户打破了原有采用折中方案的解决思路,且方案对原系统改造最小,让产品标准化,后期维护和维修成本极低。通过运用TRIZ创新方法的工具和算法使这一问题得到有效地解决,对产品的生产和售后具有重要的意义。
        The problem of generating noise from the rice cooker after long timerunning of the turbine component is solved by using TRIZ theory tool. Throughanalyzing the root cause of the noise systematically,the key problem is found and identified,then establish the substance-field model of the key problemand searchthe corresponding TRIZ solution from the 76 standard solutions. Finally,raise the concept plan,which obtains the customers' great attentions,and customers break the previous idea of using compromise solutions. The concept plan does minimal reform to the original system,so that the product is standardized,the cost of post-maintenance and service is very low. Using of TRIZ innovative tools and algorithms makes this problem solved efficiently and is of great significance to the production and sale.
