生地、山萸肉“对药”的证治规律分析

摘要
生地、山萸肉作为一组对药,具有补肾化瘀的功效,可广泛用于肾虚夹瘀之腰痛、下肢沉重、头晕、月经先期、月经后期、月经量少、耳鸣、围绝经期综合征、便秘、牙痛、夜尿频多、口干等多种病症。笔者结合自身临证体会,对该对药的证治规律,尤其是脉证进行深入总结和分析,为临床合理使用生地、山萸提供了新的思路。
Rehmannia glutinosa, and Cornus, as a group of drugs,which can tonify the kidney and removing blood stasis, are used for the back pain of kidney deficiency with stagnation of blood stasis, heaviness in lower limbs, dizziness, preceeded menorrhea,delayed menorrhea, hypomenorrhea, tinnitus, perimenopausal syndrome, constipation, toothache,nocturia, thirst and other symptoms.The author integrated with years of clinical experience, and have had summary and analysis for the treatment rules of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in depth, especially pulse syndrome, in order to classify a new way of rational usage of Rehmannia glutinosa,Cornus in clinical.
