摘要
对用于石墨电极生产的两种混捏系统的设备组成、主要工艺参数、工作原理、混捏质量进行对比分析,探讨了两种混捏系统对石墨电极质量的影响,为提高石墨电极的质量品质和新在建电极生产线中混捏系统的设备选型提供参考。
The comparisons from the view of the composition of two mixing systems for graphite electrodes production, process parameters, working principle and comparison of mixing quality were made, and the effects of two mixing systems on the quality of graphite electrode were discussed. It was hoped that the measurements will give a reference to the equipment selection for the new graphite electrode production line and improve the quality of the graphite electrode.
