金融地域运动视角下的粤澳金融深度合作——基于珠海横琴自贸区的思考

摘要
金融合作描述的是双方或多方金融主体的金融产业之间交流、合作、协调、互利的金融关系。在金融地域运动的视角下,金融合作的初始催发点是金融资源的禀赋差异;本源驱动力是金融效率帕累托改进;生成基体是金融地域系统。金融合作是金融一体化的必经阶段,其有效运行的实现依赖于金融地域运动平台以及金融产业融合平台的搭建。粤澳金融体制上的巨大差异束缚着两地金融合作的进一步深化。珠海横琴自贸区具备的金融合作优越性可以推动金融地域运动高效进行,从而为粤澳金融深度合作提供契机。为实现粤澳金融产业融合的战略目标,必须发挥珠海横琴自贸区金融合作的优越性,"深化金融领域开发创新",切实推进粤澳金融产业在运营工具、组织体系以及管理体系等方面的融合,进而实现粤澳金融深度合作。
Financial cooperation is a description of the financial industry,the exchange,cooperation,coordination and mutual benefit between the two sides or the multi-parties. In the perspective of financial regional movement,the initial muster point of financial cooperation is financial resources endowment difference,the origin of the driving force is the financial efficiency of Pareto improvement,creating a base for financial regional system. Financial cooperation is the essential stage of financial integration,and the realization of its effective implementation depends on the financial platform and its construction. Under the background of this theory,this paper examines the current situation of the financial cooperation between Guangdong and Macao,and points out that the huge difference between Guangdong and Macao in the financial system,which forms obstacle for the deep cooperation between Guangdong and Macao. Yet,China( Guangdong) pilot free trade zone of Hengqin area of Zhuhai has the superiority in financial cooperation which can promote financial regional movement efficiency,so as to facilitate the financial deep cooperation between Guangdong and Macao. This paper suggests that,in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the financial industry in Guangdong and Macao,we must deepen the development and innovation of financial sector,and promote the integration of the financial industry in Guangdong and Macao effectively in terms of operational tools,organization system and management system,etc.,and further the deep cooperation of finance between Guangdong and Macao.
