黄柏八味片治疗血精症的临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨黄柏八味片治疗精囊炎所致血精症的临床疗效。方法:将128例精囊炎所致血精症的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予黄柏八味片和乳酸左氧氟沙星片口服治疗,两组均服用4周为1个疗程,采用血精变化及临床症状改善情况作为疗效判断标准,并分别在治疗前、治疗停止后进行对比观察。结果:治疗组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者精囊腺体积明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后3个月的疾病复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄柏八味片治疗精囊炎所致血精症有效,可缩小精囊腺体积,且不良反应少、复发率低。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Huangbai Bawei tablet in the treatment of spermatosis caused by seminal vesicitis. Methods: A total of 128 male patients of spermatorrhea caused by vesicitis,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Patients were treatment with oral Huangbai Bawei tablet in treatment group and oral Levofloxacin Lactate Tablet in control group. Both groups took 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment. The changes of blood spermatorrhea and the improvement of clinical symptoms were used as the criteria for judging the curative effect. Results: The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than control group(P<0.05). The treatment group showed lower seminal vesicle volumes than control group after treatment(P<0.05). The treatment group showed lower incidence of adverse reactions than control group during treatment(P<0.05). The disease recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 months after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangbai Bawei tablet could improve seminal vesicle volume with low side effect and recurrence rate so as to significantly enhance the clinical efficacy in treatment of hemospermia caused by seminal vesiculitis.
