阴式子宫疤痕妊娠病灶清除术治疗剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨阴式子宫疤痕妊娠病灶清除术(TUD)治疗剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠的效果。方法:130例剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠患者随机分成观察组与对照组,观察组患者应用TUD治疗,对照组患者应用腹式子宫疤痕妊娠病灶清除术(AUD)治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中出血量,多于对照组,手术、术后下床活动及住院所需时间等低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。月经恢复正常时间观察组低于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠病患行TUD治疗,疗效好,安全性高。
Objective: To investigate the effect of transvaginal uterine scar pregnancy focus removal(TUD)in the treatment of scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods: 130 cases of scar pregnancy after cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group were treated with TUD, while patients in control group were treated with abdominal uterus scar removal of pregnancy focus(AUD). The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results: The amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was more than that in the control group. The time needed for operation, getting out of bed after operation and hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recovery time of menstruation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TUD is effective and safe for scar pregnancy after cesarean section.
