摘要
黄秋葵是重要的蔬菜,其鲜果营养丰富,但采收过晚荚果纤维木质化严重,影响黄秋葵的口感,试验通过Tris-酚法对黄秋葵荚果不同生长时期的全蛋白质进行提取,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳将这些全蛋白进行分离,对得到的电泳图进行比较研究。结果表明:黄秋葵嫩果期的蛋白质含量远低于荚果老化期,其荚果最佳采收时间在生长第7天到第10天。
        Okra is an important vegetable, and its fresh fruit is rich in nutrition. Missing the harvest time, the okra pod senescence will affect the taste. The whole protein is extracted by Tris-phenol method, and the whole protein is separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The obtained electrophoretic maps were compared. The results showed that the protein content of okra during the tender fruit stage was much lower than that of the pods aging stage, and the best harvest time was seventh days to tenth days in growth.
