维吾尔药材黄皮柳花的质量标准研究

摘要
目的:为更好的控制黄皮柳花的质量,对黄皮柳花质量标准进行较系统的研究,为建立安全、稳定、可控的质量标准打下基础。方法:采用显微、理化与质量常规检查的方法。结果:8批黄皮柳花中含有生物碱,其水分、灰分、挥发油及浸出物检查项均符合药典要求。结论:为今后黄皮柳花药材的研发提供科学依据。
Objective: Purpose In order to better control the quality of the yellow leather has,in the yellow skin has quality standards were systematically studied,in order to establish the safe,stable and controllable quality standard to lay the foundation. Methods : Adopt the method of microstructure,physical and chemical quality and routine inspection. Result: Eight yellow leather has contained alkaloids,the moisture,ash content,volatile oil and extract inspection items conform to the requirements of the pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: For the yellow skin has medicinal materials research provided the scientific basis.
