小剂量盐酸多西环素联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗酒渣鼻疗效观察

摘要
目的观察小剂量盐酸多西环素联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗酒渣鼻的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的90例酒渣鼻患者随机分成3组,每组各30例。治疗组口服盐酸多西环素20 mg,同时外搽0.75%甲硝唑凝胶;对照1组仅口服盐酸多西环素;对照2组仅外用0.75%甲硝唑凝胶,3组均每日2次,4周为1个疗程,共3个疗程。每个疗程结束后分别观察三组患者的疗效。结果 3个疗程后,治疗组有效率为88.23%,优于对照1组(52.00%)和对照2组(52.17%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照1组和对照2组患者治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为6.67%,对照2组为10.00%(P>0.05),该两组不良反应均表现为用药局部皮肤轻度干燥,对照1组未见不良反应。结论小剂量盐酸多西环素联合甲硝唑凝胶外搽治疗酒渣鼻疗效显著,安全性好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of small dose of doxycycline hydrochloride combined with metronidazole gel in the treatment of rosacea. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with rosacea patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases of patients in each group. The treatment group received doxycycline 20 mg, and 0.75% metronidazole gel at the same time. Control 1 group was treated with doxycycline orally only. Control 2 group were treated with only 0.75% metronidazole gel. 3 groups were treated 2 times a day, 4 weeks for 1 courses, a total of 3 courses of treatment. At the end of each course, the curative effects of the three groups were observed. Results After 3 courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.23%, which was significantly better than control 1 group(52.00%) and control 2 group(52.17%), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). While the control 1 group and control 2 group was no significant difference(P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.67%, the control 2 group was 10.00%(P>0.05), and the adverse reactions of two groups were as follows: the local skin was slightly dry in the control group. The two groups of adverse reactions were mild local skin dryness, and no adverse reactions were observed in control 1 group. Conclusion The curative effect of small dose of doxycycline hydrochloride combined with Metronidazole Gel Waicha on the treatment of rosacea, good safety.
