润肤祛风汤为主综合疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证60例临床观察

摘要
目的观察润肤祛风汤为主综合疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证的临床疗效。方法 120例老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组给予楮桃叶洗剂药浴配合聚乙二醇液体敷料均匀外涂、地奈德乳膏外涂,均每日两次;治疗组在对照组基础上联合润肤祛风汤口服,每日1剂。10天为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程。观察治疗前及治疗2、3个疗程时症状总积分的变化,治疗3个疗程后判定临床疗效,治疗结束3个月后随访复发情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,对照组为81.7%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗2、3个疗程治疗组和对照组症状总积分均明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程治疗组和对照组症状总积分均低于2个疗程(P<0.05)。治疗2、3个疗程,治疗组症状总积分均明显低于同时间对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。治疗结束3个月后治疗组复发率为9.4%,对照组为38.1%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论润肤祛风汤为主综合疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证临床疗效较好,无不良反应,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of Runfu Qufeng Decoction( RFQF)( 润肤祛风汤) in the treatment of senile eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness. Methods Totally 120 cases of senile chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome were randomly divided into 60 cases each in the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with Broussonetia papyrifera leaf bath plus polyethylene glycol for external application,and desonide cream external use,twice a day. On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given oral administration of RFQF Decoction,1 dose a day,10 days as a treatment course for 3 treatment courses. The changes of symptom scores before treatment and 2,3 treatment courses were observed. The clinical efficacy was determined after 3 courses of treatment. The recurrence was followed up after 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93. 3%,81. 7% respectively. The treatment group was significantly supperior to the control group( P < 0. 05). After 2 courses of treatment and 3 courses of treatment,the symptom scores in the treatment group and the control group were all lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05).
