摘要
分析了一种新型行车系统的原理与结构,阐述了新型行车控制系统的硬件组成以及控制策略。根据功能需求,采用工业控制计算机作为上位机,编写了人机交互界面;以运动控制器MP2310作为下位机,编写了运动程序;进行了实验,实验结果表明,所构建的多轴联动控制策略是可靠且实用的。
This paper analyzed the principle and structure of a new type of bridge crane system,and expounded its hardware composition and control strategy.Then,the industrial control computer was used as the upper computer to write the human-machine interface according to the functional requirements.Meanwhile,the motion controller MP2310 was used as the lower computer to write the motion program.Finally,an experiment was conducted,the results of which show that the proposed multi axis linkage control strategy is reliable and practical.
