摘要

文章提出通过对建筑施工的工作环境、人员素质、企业管理、监督管理等方面的研究,探讨建筑施工安全、质量管理的措施、方法和办法,以提高建筑施工管理的水平和质量,促进建筑业健康、和谐发展。
        This paper presents the work through the construction environment,quality of personnel,business management,supervision and management to discussion the other aspects of a study on construction safety,quality management practices,methodologies and approaches to improve the level of construction management and quality,promote the construction industry healthy and harmonious development.
