摘要
在推动大学与产业的融合上,如何突破大学与企业的边界,实现两者的深度融合成为关键。美国大学科技园在大学—企业的合作中发挥了重要作用,它有效地帮助大学与企业克服了两种文化的障碍,积极寻求两者创新要素的耦合,并通过把这种合作建立在以创新服务国家和社会经济发展上找到了两者合作的价值旨归。
        In promoting the integration of universities and industries, how to break through the boundary between universities and enterprises and realize the deep integration of them has become the key. American university research park plays an important role in the cooperation between universities and enterprises. It effectively helps universities and enterprises overcome the obstacles of the two cultures, actively seeks for the coupling of innovation elements between universities and industries, and finds the essential value of the cooperation between universities and industries by establishing the cooperation to serve the country through innovation and social and economic development.
