摘要
本研究对贵州喀斯特地方4个叶用芥菜品种采用盆栽试验,设置不同程度的干旱胁迫,研究其在不同干旱胁迫下的抗旱性。结果显示,随着干旱胁迫的加重,三大渗透调节物质Pro、SS、SP含量逐渐增大;超氧化物歧化酶(POD)、过氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性随着干旱胁迫加重呈先上升后下降趋势,丙二醛(MDA)也呈逐渐增大趋势。贵州地方4个叶用芥菜品种综合抗旱性评定结果为:2号≧1号>3号>4号。因此本试验研究干旱胁迫对叶用芥菜生理方面的影响,筛选出适合喀斯特地区种植的高抗旱品种,提高芥菜的产量和经济效益,为贵州筛选高抗旱芥菜品种提供一定基础数据。
        In this study, pot experiments were conducted on four leaf mustard cultivars in karst region of Guizhou,and different drought stress levels were set up to investigate the drought resistance of the materials under different drought stress. The results showed that with the aggravation of drought stress, the content of three osmotic adjustment substances(Pro, SS and SP) increased gradually. The activities of superoxide dismutase(POD), peroxidase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) increased first and then decreased with the increase of drought stress, while the activities of malondialdehyde(MDA) also increased gradually. The comprehensive drought resistance evaluation results of 4 leaf mustard cultivars in Guizhou area were: No.2 ≥No.1 >No.3 >No.4. Therefore, this experiment was conducted to study the physiological effects of drought stress on leaf mustard, so as to select high drought-resistant varieties suitable for karst area and improve the yield and economic benefits of mustard, which could provide some basic data for the selection of mustard varieties with strong drought resistance in Guizhou.
