中老年血液透析患者电子健康素养与生活质量的相关研究

摘要
目的了解中老年血液透析患者的电子健康素养水平,探讨与生活质量的相关性,为改善患者生活质量提供依据。方法便利抽取256例血液透析患者,使用一般资料调查表、电子健康素养量表(e HEALS)及血液透析患者生活质量量表(KDQ-SF)进行调查。结果中老年MHD患者电子健康素养得分为(18.50±6.08)分,生活质量得分为(76.79±7.12)分;单因素方差分析的结果显示,在文化程度、透析龄、对家庭经济影响及电子健康素养上,中老年MHD患者生活质量得分存在差异;电子健康素养与患者生活质量各维度(躯体症状、疲劳、抑郁情绪、人际关系、挫折感)呈现正相关,相关系数依次为:r=0.892,0.833,0.750,0.736,0.615,均P<0.001;分层回归分析的结果显示,电子健康素养独立影响MHD患者生活质量水平总体变异的25%。结论中老年MHD患者电子健康素养水平较低,可通过提高患者电子健康素养,以改善患者生活质量。
Objective The aim of this study was to understand the elderly hemodialysis patients' electronic health literacy level and explore the relevance to the quality of life, in order to provide basis for improving patient' quality of life. Methods A total of 256 MHD patients were recruited by convenience sampling, using general information questionnaire, electronic health literacy scale(e HEALS) and hemodialysis patients' quality of life scale(KDQ-SF) to survey. Results The MHD patients' score of electronic health literacy was 18.50 ±6.08 points and the quality of life was 76.79 ±7.12 points. Results of single factor analysis of variance showed that the cultural level, age of dialysis, impact on the family economy and electronic health literacy, had a significance difference between senile MHD patients' quality of life scores. Correlation coefficient of e HEALS and the quality of life(somatic symptoms, fatigue, depression, interpersonal relationship, frustration) in the order: r=0.892, 0.833, 0.750, 0.736, 0.615, P< 0.001. Hierarchical regression analysis results showed that the independent electronic health literacy affected MHD patients' quality of life by 25% of the total variation. Conclusion Senile MHD patients' electronic health literacy level was low. In order to improve patients' quality of life, it is suggested to improve the patients' electronic health literacy.
