摘要
利用五轴机床加工某型机襟翼收放机构的关键部件襟翼螺帽的空间斜孔、回珠槽、衔接面等几何结构,阐述了螺帽空间斜孔、回珠槽、衔接面的五轴数控编程方法,并采用Vericut软件对数控程序进行机床模拟及加工仿真验证。
The five-axis machine tool is used to process the geometric structure of the inclined hole, ball-return groove and joint surface of the flap nut of a certain type of aircraft flap. This paper describes the five-axis NC programming method of the inclined hole, ball-return groove and joint surface of the nut, and verifies the machine simulation and machining simulation of the NC program by Vericut software.
