摘要
某群体建筑工程因受周边建筑物阻挡和工期限制,需将塔吊降至裙楼屋面进行解体。结合工程实际,对塔式起重机在裙楼屋面拆卸的方案进行经济技术分析,最终选择了先在10层裙楼屋面上、起重臂降塔方向正下方搭设标准节支撑架,待塔吊正常降塔至裙楼屋面后,再将65 m起重臂落在标准节上,然后利用施工现场的原有塔吊和新安装的小型屋面吊辅助拆卸塔式起重机的方案。经实践,该方案安全风险低,操作方便,可为施工过程中遇到类似的非正常拆卸塔吊的情况提供借鉴和指导。
A group of construction engineering due to blocking by surrounding buildings and construction period limit, the tower crane should be lowered to the podium roof for disassembly. Based on the engineering practice, the economic and technical analysis of the tower crane disassembly scheme on the podium building roof is carried out. Finally, a support frame with standard knots is erected on the roof of a 10-storey podium roof and just below the descending direction of the cargo boom, until the tower crane descends to the podium roof. After that, the 65 m cargo boom is to be landed on the standard knots and then use the original tower crane on the construction site and the newly installed small roof crane to assist the disassembly of the tower crane. According to practice, the scheme is of low safety risk and ease of operation, which can provide reference and guidance for similar non-normal disassembly of tower cranes in the construction process.
