三九灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察三九灸疗法治疗慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床疗效及免疫功能变化。方法:将72例患者随机分成观察组和对照组(各36例),分别接受三九灸疗法和口服人参皂苷胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、疲劳评定量表评分及免疫功能的变化,同时观察三九灸疗法的安全性。结果:治疗后两组患者的临床疗效、疲劳评定量表评分较治疗前均明显改善,且观察组疗效及评分改善程度较对照组显著(P <0. 05);比较治疗前后两组患者免疫学相关指标,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),治疗过程中未发生不良事件。结论:三九灸疗法能安全有效改善慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床症状,但治疗前后免疫学指标无明显变化。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and immune function changes of chronic fatigue syndrome treated with sanjiu moxibustion. Methods:Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(36 cases). They received Sanjiu moxibustion therapy and oral ginseng capsule treatment respectively. We observed the clinical effect,fatigue scale score and the change of immune function before and after treatment in the two groups,meanwhile observed the safety of Sanjiu moxibustion therapy. Results: Compared with previous treatment,the clinical effect and fatigue scale score of the two groups were significantly improved. The effect and score improvement of the observation group were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in immunological indicators before and after treatment( P > 0. 05) and no adverse events occurred during the treatment. Conclusion:Sanjiu moxibustion therapy can safely and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome,and there are no significant changes in immunological indicators before and after treatment.
