摘要
针对红树林在种植时,生长缓慢、成活率低等问题,设计一种红树林泥模种植机。该机采用气动推杆带动泥模模具进行移动从而使泥模成型。采用UG建立红树林泥模制作机的仿真模型,导入ADAMS中进行虚拟仿真分析得到相关的运动参数,通过对查阅到的有关资料以及得到的图表进行分析,验证了机构的可行性。完成实验样机的试制,试验结果表明:泥模质量符合农艺要求,机构效率满足使用要求,机具结构设计合理。
Aiming at the problems of slow growth and low survival rate of mangrove forest, a mangrove mud mold plant was designed. In the machine, the pneumatic push rod was used to drive the mud mold to move to make the mud mold. The simulation model of the mangrove mud mold was established by using UG, and the relevant kinematic parameters were obtained by virtual simulation analysis in ADAMS. The feasibility of the mechanism was verified by the relevant information and the obtained graphs. The experimental prototype was made. The test results show that: mud quality meets the agronomic requirements; institutional efficiency meets the use requirements, the designed mechanical structure is reasonable.
